Chimney Beach
Chimney Beach has been reported as occasionally having some nude use. Despite these reports,
Chimney Beach is a textiled, family oriented beach and nude use is truly not appropriate at this location.
This beach usually comprises of younger, noisier and more active groups.
The WANR lists Chimney Beach because a number of directories lists this site for nude use.
Perhaps they are simply copycat listings. Whatever the source they use, we do not recommend it for
responsible naturist activity. There are other great naturist beaches nearby.
The lower portion of the trail leading to this beach from the Chimney Beach parking lot above is
however exceptionally beautiful and is well worth a separate visit. Note: This trail
is a bit steeper than the more gradual slope of the trails leading to the other nearby beaches.
